Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you deny the accuracy of your personal information stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the audit you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data is / was unlawful, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal information, but you need it to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have the right to request that your personal information be restricted instead of being deleted.
  • If you have filed an objection under Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be made between your interests and ours. As long as it is not clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you (eg shopping cart function) are saved and processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically correct and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (such as cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, in case your request is related to the performance of a contract or is required to carry out any pre-contractual action. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) a GDPR) and / or on our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) f GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us.

The data sent to us by you via contact requests remain with us until you ask us to delete them, revoke your consent to their storage or the purpose for the data storage is omitted (eg after completion of your request). 4. Social media

Facebook plugins (Like & Share buttons)

On our pages plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated. The Facebook plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the "Like-Button" ("Like") on our site. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=us_US.

When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook "Like-Button" while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. As a result, Facebook can assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We point out that we as the provider of the pages are not aware of the content of the data transmitted and their use by Facebook. For more information, see the Facebook Privacy Policy at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.

If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

The use of Facebook plugins is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the widest possible visibility in the social media.

Twitter plugin

Functions of the Twitter service are integrated on our sites. These features are available through Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the "Re-Tweet" function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and shared with other users. This data is also transmitted to Twitter. We point out that we as the provider of the pages are not aware of the content of the transmitted data and their use by Twitter. For more information, see the Twitter Privacy Policy at https://twitter.com/privacy.

The use of the Twitter plugin is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the widest possible visibility in the social media.

You can change your Twitter privacy settings in Account Settings at https://twitter.com/account/settings.

5. Plugins and tools

Google web fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to correctly display texts and fonts.

To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.

More information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Google Maps (with consent)

This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure privacy on our website, Google Maps is disabled when you first enter our site. A direct connection to Google's servers will only be established if you activate Google Maps yourself (consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. GPDR). This will prevent your data from being transferred to Google when you first enter the page.

After activation, Google Maps will save your IP address. This is then usually transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer after activating Google Maps.

For more information on how to handle user data, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
