Why is leadership so important?

Today, agility and speed are required above all if a company wants to remain competitive. This requires real leadership, clear visions and goals, strategies and entrepreneurial courage.

Transformations from "below" or "from the middle" (grass roots) can certainly succeed, but they are often lengthy and tough.
