About us

We are a management consultancy based in the Greater Stuttgart area, Germany. We were founded in 2016 by Ruediger Schoenbohm, former Vice President in the Corporate Organizational Development of the Bosch Group and over several years responsible for the global networking and agilization of the group.

In close cooperation with selected network partners, we support companies that are planning transformations or are already in the middle of a change process. Our focus is on topics that typically arise from pursuing greater agility and speed such as:
