About us

We are a small management and organizational consultancy based in Marburg, Hesse, Germany. The company was founded in 2016 by Ruediger Schoenbohm, former VP of Corporate Organizational Development at the Bosch Group. Since 2006, Ruediger has led several global organizational development programs, served as Chief Digital Officer for Bosch's Automotive Aftermarket division, and was ultimately responsible for the global networking and agilization of the Bosch Automotive business sector.

In close collaboration with selected network partners, TYSCON supports companies planning transformations or those already in the midst of a change process. Our focus is on topics that typically arise from the pursuit of greater agility and speed, such as:
