In January 2020, our book "Agile und Digital - Ein Leitfaden für Führungskräfte" ("Agile and Digital -
A Leadership Guide") was published by Kohlhammer. It is a book from practice for practice and is intended to offer leaders and employees two things:
Explain correlations and interdependencies between the various aspects of agility and digitalization as well as outline concrete procedures proven in everyday business life that help dealing with these topics. The book was written in close cooperation with Dr. Wolfgang Schmid of addWings Services. It is available in bookstores and on Amazon.
Cooperation & Partnerships
As a complement to the "traditional" consulting approach, we launched the Team ZWEITMEINUNG (Second Opinion Team) with partners in July 2023. This initiative focuses on obtaining a second opinion for critical business decisions. Whether it involves strategy, organizational structure, finances, marketing and sales, leadership and personnel matters, or challenges in conflict and crisis management, recognized experts from relevant areas of corporate management are available as sparring partners – experienced, competent, and impartial.
Since early 2022, we have been a business partner of BPM&O Management Consulting, a specialist in process management and process-oriented organizational development. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Cologne, this consulting firm focuses on helping companies develop process-oriented organizations. The goal is to support businesses in establishing forward-looking, process-driven corporate management.
Since 2019, TYSCON has been a business partner of Transformation Consulting International (TCI), a well-established and award-winning network consulting organization connecting over 250 independent, experienced practitioners. TCI views the transformation into a digital enterprise as the fusion of business and IT. Projects are executed using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies. However, throughout all changes, the focus remains on people.
